Hands down one of the best businesses I have worked with in the area. Not just tractor, mowing, dirt moving type businesses, but any business! At first, I needed our 10 acre undeveloped lot brush hogged. I saw their sign and took a chance. Howard picked up the phone and talked me through the process, came out to the property promptly to talk about it and offer a quote. They mowed it fast, did a great job and had fantastic communication. I then had them prepare and install a 1300 ft. Crushed coquina driveway. Again, they surpassed every expectation and came in less expensive than anyone else. If you want someone to call you back and offer amazing and honest service this is your place!

Great to work with!! Honest and exceptional work!! They just cut back 2.5 acres for me on 510 near the river. When I met Howard at the property he advised to wait til it was dried out. After he and his team was completed the land looked brand new! If you hire "A Girl with A Tractor" you will not be disappointed.

I needed a couple of acres cleared around a pond and into "the jungle" a ways so I could show potential buyers how far back my property line was. Howard and Joel came out on Friday looked at what I wanted done, gave me an hourly rate for two machines and two operators. I had gotten another hourly rate offer for one machine with operator that was higher. I asked when they could start and they replied the next day. They arrived in the morning and went right to work. I'm impressed with their work ethic and the job they did. They were finished in 4 hours. The guys were polite and asked me several times if I was satisfied. Yes I was satisfied. A Girl With A Tractor helped us with clearing a corner of our lot getting it ready for a perimeter fence. They first cleared out a lot of overgrown pepper berry trees and debris with their Mini Excavator down to bare sand. Then they leveled out the sand perfectly with their Bobcat. Joel was extremely respectful of our already manicured lawn. When he was done, you couldn't even see any tracks in the sand. Great job at a great price. They arrived when they said they would and did the job within the promised time. Thanks Joel and Howard. 5 out of 5 Stars
